Me likey! But I think he might have had his hopes raised about the value. Will be interesting to see how much this goes for.....might have a punt myself.

If it is a Brodie, I think it must have had a repair to the seat tube resulting in the short seat tube extension. Paul Brodie is the man who introduced long seat tube extensions to Rocky Mountain when he worked for them, and then introduced them to Kona when he worked there. Every Brodie I have seen had a much longer seat tube extension than this frame. Early 90s Brodies also had braze-on seat clamps, which this lacks (perhaps because it had to be cut off owing to a crack, and resulting in the short remaining extension?)

Brodies also have the seatstays joining the seat tube just above the top tube, another feature that he introduced to Rocky Mountain and kept as a signature, but is absent here.

There are some similarities to Brodie frames, but although admittedly judging from such a poor photo, there seem to be at least as many differences.

Thanks for the spelling lesson in coffee Rod. This is an eXpresso though

Had a look at some other expressos on the site Anthony and found this one,

Doesnt have the braze on seat clamp either but does have the longer seat tube extension.

This is a big ish frame by the looks of it, would that affect it maybe?
