So, only about £1667 at today's exchange rate. 50% would barely pay a return economy flight.

And you'd have to go to Australia - which is full of whinging 'strines.

Sorry, I don't see that being too attractive to too many doctors.

My company offers an £1800 bounty to current employees who recommend people for vacant positions. If they get the job you get £600, you get a further £600 when they have been there 6 months and the final £600 after a year.

Sadly I have never claimed this bounty
