its a funny situation, the seller (ebay) is being really helpful, tag team phoning the courier company, but obviously i'm out of pocket two wheels. but he only charged £3 postage so am finding it difficult complaining to him!

not sure what to do if they have lost em. suppose they should give me compensation, but is their contract with him?

Normally - unless you arranged for the courier - which doesn't sound like the case as you paid the seller postage.
