I had a lot of work today... Sorry for not giving answer this afternoon...

I'm still ok for the crank and the brake levers. 58 pounds the whole.
I give up for the bar and the wheels.

For the shipping, I think that it would be cheaper with posting.
I ever received crank from UK, and it didn't cost so expensive...
