Err, the hole in your Indy's brace is for a reflector?

But they do work there, did it on my quadras for a bit for no good reason. The question is 'for how long'!!

ran um on my rockshoxs no probs,if set up proper work quit well,but never as good as v's.

i love mine as theyre trick,lol

I had Tektro ones like that BITD, pig to set up and no better than the canti's but good for canti's on suspension forks.

Still have a couple of sets and you can still buy them new for well under a fiver a go.

Think I'll dig them out and fit them just for a laugh

They are in no way designed to 'enhance' braking - they simply act as pivot points/ hangers for frames/ forks without canti mounts - as Pickles has demonstarted.

Some early cannondales had them as standard.

The instructions say they are called 'Leverage Enhancement Hangers, but i can see that they're only just a mount,i suppose if you used these and a good lever it would make a difference,mind you 'tektro' were the cheap make from bitd so they may be more gimicky than useful
they're purple and shiny and that seems to be half the battle.

i have a pair of these pace forks see pic but when i bought them they didnt have the bit to run cantis.
