Damn this speed training.
I wonder if I can get some rolling scenery for my shed!

went out spinning on saturday in the gym , good work out , but need more training I think . very intense . I was starting to get into it near the end of the session .

Make sure you get a computer that also measures cadence. This transforms turbo sessions from mind numbing to merely dull.

I used to do it on rollers , in front of tv . it takes a lot of concentration as front wheels tends to move about a lot .

Rollers are a lot more enjoyable, used to use mine a lot, you actually get a sensation of riding the bike.

Saturday was a bit better, had the CD player on and shed door open to get a bit of a breeze!

Yesterday for me...
5am....baby crying.....controlled crying....6am....still crying.....wife gets up.....

7am...I wake up...hangover...bad hangover....f8ck riding....

8am...look out window....SUN....lets ride...

Road bike....first hill..vomit in mouth.....second hill....feeling better.....downhill...42mph, large potholes, f8ck the council....feeling scared......into it now and flying along.... get to sisters house...shower....wife arrives with brood in car.....Sunday Roast and pint of Bitter....life is good !!
