Thanks to a recent birthday, I have ended up with two copies of Joe Friel's book, Cycling past 50.
It is a comprehensive training manual and I am certainly picking up some good training tips.
I would like to swap my spare (brand new) copy for another cycling book of around the same value (£10-ish).
I am an avid reader and like biographies, histories etc, so let me know what you have.
