Hello Al! Sorry to hear you're giving up bikes. How old are the shoes and pedals? Are cleats included and does everything work as it should? Pedal bearings ok?? Can I have dibs please?

Hi,

The shoes are a 'gentle' six months old and the pedals are about the same. They work well and come with cleats.
