A return to running and the gym in the last few months has seen me trying a few pairs trainers to find what what suits me best for different activities. I bought a couple of pairs of these Adidas Switch FWD 2 for running a few months back, these reflective yellow ones for nighttime and another more subdued colour for daytime. I've finally put a couple of runs in on my daytime pair this week and have reached the conclusion that while they're really great running shoes (as you would expect from the design, springy and comfy), I just bought half a size too big. I normally take a 9, but usually 9.5 in cycling shoes and sometimes running shoes, it depends on the style. The design of these with the springy sole makes them better suited for a snugger fit for runnung in, my feet move around a little too much in them. So I'm going to replace this yellow pair which is still brand new, unworn in the box with a half-size smaller.
