hard to say, there is no good shot off the headtube to see if it has been machined away, also i cannot see the two part seatstay.but the frame did change every year,with slight tweeks

It looks very much like a race lite to me, the "stepped" seat stays were present on OR frames and early race/race lite frames, but the later race/race lites and privateers did not have them. The only real conclusive way to tell a race lite from a race/privateer, is the machined head tube which looks to be present here.

And the later Privateers never had the Chainstay gussets.
