That Sayles is really special looking, I too really like that blue. The tube is long though again it's a big size frame.

Kevin Sayles works for Woodrup, but a well known artisan ;) here's a Kevin Sayles bottom bracket on my 70's TT :)

OK, so Donald at the factory just confirmed the frame was built in 2001! So if anyone knows / knew a Mr John Edwards, it was made for him.
Now, I tried to thread in a campag BB cartridge last night and the threads don't match, so am assuming it's a British thread (even thought it's Cinelli). Confusing, for me anyway. Is there a campag bb that would fit? Does anyone have one / know if anyone does?

Got a bit impatient this evening so decided to start a provisional build-up, just to see how things might look...
De-greased, cleaned and then re-greased and fitted the Chorus headset to get the forks in.
Slapped on the Mirage brifters, rear mech and calipers, Veloce (i think - how do tell exactly? Are seat-posts matched to groupset?) post, Cinelli stem and (really pleased with) bars with the knight's hat crest thing.
Lots of grot to clean off the bars and plenty of spit an polish needed, but still surprised how light everything is (note to self: borrow some scales).
