Reasonable condition. No big dinks or scrapes. Steerer has ovalized at the top so unless you have a very small frame could do with replacing. I'm reliably informed that steerers are still available. Better pics available on request. £30 plus postage, first pm secures.

How much of the steerer do you reckon is useable?

Its about 190 overall and I would say that only the very end 10-15mm is knackered. I have put(read banged) a stem on and used with no slippage of any kind. Its just not something you would do to a nice stem.
