Bloody ebay charlitans....... The Conclusion!

Ok, finally got a resolve on this (for those who may have been interested?). Decided to buy the 'missing items' back from the seller, as it was the only way to be completely 100% be sure.

Turned up on Friday, and low-and-behold yes they were the exact items that the buyer claimed non-receipt for :x :x :x

So a message (or two  ) went in to them, which I'm sure you'll get the jist of, without me divulging any more, and gave them one last chance to come clean before going the the Police with all the evidence...........

30 minutes later, ALL the funds were back in my account, not a single apology or admission of guilt...... :x :x
So reported to ebay for fraud and theft, reported to Paypal for fraud and theft, and as a parting gesture I have now reported the entire incident to the police, with all the evidence, including a signed form to say the post office never delivered.

Think there might be a bit of trouble heading their way,  I just hope they don't carry on doing this to more unsuspecting buyers/sellers.

My advice? - SEND EVERYTHING RECORDED DELIVERY at a very minimum.

Case closed! 8)

Excellent work, Steve. I detest thieves, so this was music to my ears. It's a pity you had to go thru this whole fiasco, but hopefully this little shit will think twice before screwing somebody else.

Did the seller realise it was you - or did you buy with a different ID?

My Missus used her account to buy the stuff back, don't worry no dodgy dealing 2-account nonsense from me  :)

If I do ever hear anything back from the law, ebay or even paypal, I'll keep the updates coming, but something tells me I probably wont :? 8)
