Bits n bobs for singlespeed conversion!

I have a '98 Kona lava dome now stripped of gears, looking for ideally budget options to convert to single speed (32/16) ie chain, sprocket kit, cranks (although I have original (STX?)set, the middle ring is borked) tensioner, 100mm stem with some rise, etc

Sage advice also appreciated. Will post some more pics of the build as it goes along

theres kits on ebay for about 20 notes for the tensioner and spacers/ gear
