Btw i think that these arn‘t Cook,s this schould be Storck Powerarms even when i‘m not a 100 % sure. Hadn‘ t mine in hands or eyes for a long time.

Fairly certain you are right. Look at the threaded pedal section and compare to Cooks. Cooks are flat on the front and recessed on the rear where as Power Arms have a heavy recess on the front and are flat on the rear like these ones
