One of my first retrobike posts here 12 or so years ago was inspired by a Dawes I fished out of (beside) a bin. Caught a glimmer under the street lights and had to take it home.
I repeat, LOVE this paint.
So much so, I'm now tempted to spray something this colour.
Can I have a close-up daylight photo, please?
Edit : found the threads and amazingly, the utilitarian photos are still there too!

#Just posted this in the main chat but thought i should ask you lot too. Hey :) Cheesing!! Just been out for a walk this summers evening; and discovered 2 bikes beside the bins on our street! Joy! Seems to be a circa 1992 16" Dawes MountainTrack in decent nick - full 200GS groupset...

Hey Folks, Moving house this weekend means this '92? is up for grabs for postage/courier cost or collection in Edinburgh, would make a nice wee hack. 16" Lugged Reynolds Frame and Splatterpaint fork only. Can leave the 200GS cranks on if wanted (?!) Everything else has been removed i.e...

Same size, style as the dawes. 89 Hardrock/rockhopper etc. I'm 6ft.

I have a Saracen Sahara Elite I bought off here. Not doing much with it. Decals a bit bashed but would polish up ok. Here it is mocked up. 19.5" centre to top £25 posted which is what I paid. Frame, fork, headset.
