Bicycle Chain Cleaner - Product Question

Hello Fellow Bikers,

My name is Randy, and in addition to being a NEMBA member I am a student at Tufts University studying Engineering Management along with my teammates Edward, Vanessa, and Jeffrey. As part of a New Product Development class, we have come up with a product idea which we think could be very beneficial to the biking community and help to improve bicycle maintenence. In order to gather feedback and refine our product concept, we have put together a very brief survey (5 minutes). done it. But a couple point
1. the question how many times do you ride your bike is not detailed enough. As that depends on the weather and work getting in the way. So i may not ride for a couple of weeks or i could ride 5/6 times a week.
2. question 10 would only let me choose one option. Shouldn't it let me choose more?

Thanks to my 'big brother' employer i couldn't send the results as they blocked it sending. So will try again when home on a good Mac and not this rubbish HP/Vista i have to use.

Yeah Question 10 did not want to play ball, I could only select an answer for one of the seven subjects.

I'd consider one for my commuter bike tbh.

When you choose the same score for each question then the blue dot moves. But choose a different score for the next then it stays. But most of my score were 1. so kept moving :x

Interesting but nothing can match my chain cleaning OCD! (OCCCD) :?
