I just recieved this via email.....
his confirms this evenings conversation with Mary (Customer Support) We are a firm of Sports Memorabilia Dealers. We purchased the two items on 6/2/2011 within minutes of one another from member buzzbus (130480884495/130480883451). We requested combined shipment with a consolidated postage rate. The seller refused sighting various reasons. We then paid in full. The items were received today and were listed for re sale this evening on a fixed price basis with a Best Offer option. There followed scacastic eBay messages/emails from the seller, a 'friend' of the seller (ridesfixed), with low offers placed on the items by the 'friend' of the seller and another account which can be linked to the seller (waldensathome). You have these seller id's. We also received a direct email message from the seller which is repeated below**, plus yet another eBay message received at 21:23 this evening from yet another user account (wallywarden09) again there is a link. All offers were automatically rejected. The last offer made by waldensathome also contained another scacasric comment. The seller has been told that we are considering leaving him Negative Feedback for total lack of customer care. This appears to be his response which we consider to be somewhat harassing & threatening. As I told we may well be making a statement to Essex Police tomorrow. We will probably also report the direct email message to aol as this is in breach of their terms and cionditions. **Message received from stedlocks <[email protected]> at 20:47 8/2/2011 follows: Tell you what....you can leave whatever feedback you want......depending on what you leave, depends what further action I take.......it's completely up to you.I knew I shouldn't have even bothered continuing with our transaction, as I knew from the moment you started moaning that you were trouble. You have a lot of items for sale and a relatively good feedback score...............and you are only in Billericay. :O) NB:: At 21:34 this evening yet another 'threat' has been made by the seller buzzbus using the eBay message system - see for yourself - I think this is the malicious threat made through the eBay mailing system that you are looking for !! i.e. I might be interested in all of them.......we'll have to see ;O) Or some of my friends might..........you might 'sell' them all!!
