Best way to clean a titanium frame?

Depends in the finish. A scouring pad is fine if it's polished.
If its a Matt finish then just get it blasted.

all over bead blast would be worth a try. Ive done a few frames ( never a burnt one ) come out nice and satin finish.

With a bit of wire wool it'll be NOS. In fact no, just laquer it. Pop it in the road section, someone may have an old narrow track rear hub for for it.

I had an unburnt version of one of those - regret selling it on now I've seen what can be done with them, seat stays are of the curved type btw.

I'm assured that the tubes are all sound, and the stays are bent by virtue of weight being put on it while it was outside.

I agree the BB may be an issue, but I'll have a look. I only want it as a commuter if it's intact anyway. I have a few more pics.
