What's to finish? Apart from some brake lever hoods it looks damn fine to me.

There's some paint snags to touch in and polish, the rear caliper is a diff model than the front, I've a pair of lush 600 NOS levers with gum hoods and slotted levers to fit and new cables. Also some 600 shifters, the one's on there are Golden Arrow, not that it makes any real difference, I'm just being nerdy
The seat post was really scarred and I'm about halfway to getting the scores out.
pedals waiting to be stripped, greased and polished, that's about it; rides like a dream, might put on cork tape instead of the Tressorex for a bit of extra padding tho... not desperately urgent.

ah...yes, mudguards cos this is the winter bike, it has clearance and eyelets

Yes ...you'll notice the cables are continental routing; front brake left lever, so I'm changing these to GB convention.

I was contemplating fitting a set of clinchers for everyday use rather than sprints... may spoil the look tho, what do you think? white or yellow cables guys? :roll:
