There is no incentive for people to think about being able to pay their way these days. Having kids is NOT a right, but a privilage, that should be well considered before having them. I would be all for a "Parent license" :twisted: showing that couples ( note that word) were responsible enough to have kids before they started :shock:

Having kids is NOT a right, but a privilage

Can't agree there - we are animals, our sole purpose is to reproduce to make more of our kind - what we do along the way is up to us... sometimes unfortunately.

Having the government to pay for your kids is a privilage however and that should be earned in some way. There is fault in the welfare system as well as with the leeches that exploit it.
