This is a Cannondale Delta V frame medium/large
The paint is a nice fade from Turquise to black. Kind of a poor mans Klein paint job.
Plans were to do Blue Anno with a black cockpit and blue bar ends.
The pictures do not do it justice but the anno bits go quite well.

THere are some minor conditon issues as you would expect from a mid ninties frame. Paint missing on chain stay, misc scratches , minor dents here and there stripped bottle cage bolts...thus the price.
