I've got a Cyclus tap & facer here in W Cambridgeshire. I like the quality, gets used about twice a month, has lasted 4 years without needing sharpening so far. You can try it out if you want, PM.
The taps etc from Tracey tools are OK in a fix, but they lack the pilots and guides of the specialised tools, and no integral facers or Italian threads. Getting the threads and faces all aligned is doubly important with the external cupped stuff around now. BITD cup and cone BBs were a lot more forgiving of bad alignment.
My only experiance of Park stuff is theit workshop Allen key set, which has lasted 12 years of full time workshop use, but it's pricey.
