BB Spindle Length on Suntour Crank?

I need a new BB for my '91 Tequesta and cannot determine what size to get, so need some advice. The old one I took out was a 122, so I just presumed that was the size to go for so I bought a UN54 73x122 and it just seems to short for the Suntour XCE Crank, the front mech is almost touching the rear tyre and there's virtually no gap between granny ring/crank and frame.
I should have realised that the muppet who stuck all these random parts on didn't have a clue and that would explain why the BB was loose to kick off with when I got it, its just all wrong wrong wrong.
Can somebody please tell me which BB to get, what spindle length?

Thanks in advance.

Looks like your 122 was asymmetrical and you bought a symmetrical. A lot of older cone and cup BB's had a longer drive side.

It was 122 for both the XCT (old) and XC Ltd (new) chainsets that I have on my pathfinder. I didn't think there was anything longer than 122.

other than your granny ring is not aligned correctly (needs rotating a little so the notched line up
