BB removal Shimano db-6400

Hi,

The BB on my saracen is mostly removed but one side will not budge as i don't have the correct tool to remove it. see picture below for the part that is stuck. Can anyone advise on where i can get the tool or how best to remove it???

You need an old style set of tools like this:

However, these won't work with a modern cartridge style square taper bottom bracket, that I suggest you replace it with if it's worn, so if you don't own a set or can't borrow them, it might be best to take it to a bike shop and have them remove the old bottom bracket.

Alternatively, you can use a large adjustable spanner to undo the right/drive side cup out, the cup with the flats. Once that is off you can sometimes drift the lock ring around with a hammer and an old screwdriver. Once the lock ring is off you can sometimes grip the cup with holes in it and unscrew it with your fingers, or if it's too tight for fingers, a large pair of mole grips, you can also try tapping it around with the hammer and screwdriver.

That's a fine set of BB tools there especially if if you have the appropriate Campy components to use them on
