No blow torch, but I've got a heat gun. Reckon that'll do the trick?

Give it a try and see, wont do any harm. I would soak it with penetrating oil as well for a few days first, drip it in from the water bottle holes just above. Be generous with it and do it for a week or so to give it time to work in. And WD40 is not penetrating oil!

I've also used a bolt from a knackered old seapost, a one bolt job, that was a longer bolt and worked well when I had a longer tool (no sniggering at the back).
