Basic dirt cheap tat - Drop bar brake levers.

Looking to build a slightly frankenbiked singlespeed cyclocross thing, as such I'm looking for basically the front end of the bike, not looking for anything fancy whatsoever, simply usable. A recent move resulted in a clear-out and now I'm lacking in random spare parts :roll:

Brake levers are brake levers, preferably with hoods.
Plus a 1" quill stem as I've got bits of a Zoom one lying around but I think its missing its cap thing.

A flipflop rear wheel would also be nice but most wheels will probably exceed the budget for this project

I think i should have some Weinmann brake levers that fit the bill.
Also have some Shimano 600 levers too.
