Im a little nervous of used carbon bars, thats why I asked about the marks.

i have a set with much worse marks than these, and someone had shortened them. and they're fine

Carbon bars give no warning when they go they just go, and if they break they'll
usually break at a mark of some kind. I'd never ride a pair of carbon bars that had a hard crash I'd bin them :?
