I reckon that's a whole bike personally, though worded badly. Re-read the listing. He's stated that it's a size medium, which would seem a weird way to sell some forks!

actually , girvins were sold for large , medium and small frames

no actual headtube lengths , as the way they fit adjusts to a certain extent
