Banana - Crank install - Need advice please

I have a new one of those sat at the side of me, I have been mulling over how I am going to install this with the bottom bracket plastic tube that runs in there. It's going to have to be a pretty flush install whatever I do as I only have a few mm of space in there.

I think the current amount of threads cut into the frame on the LH side are just too short, it's the same with the original cups I took off, one side has longer threads than the other. The tool to do it yourself is £100 so I'll get it to a bike shop. I am just pleased there is a fix
