Bamboo Bikes

I popped into Neil Orrell Cycles in North Manchester today as I was after a part for my bike and I thought he may have it.


Unfortunately he didnt have the right bit but he did have a Bamboo Bike sat behind the counter..


It was absoloutely stunning. All XT'd and just soooo bloody nice to look at.

VERY NICE,

Unfortunately you cannot guarantee the structural integrity between frames as mother nature was involved in manufacture not some factory aware of Good Manufacturing Practice or engineering standards. Bamboo splinters are very painful I believe :shock:

Further stay away from China incase you meet a black and white animal thats feeling peckish

I'd buy one too. That is sooooooo tasty fit a pair of rigid forks and that's a sweet bike. Any more details??

At over £2300 for the frame :shock: :shock: I'll have to get saving
