I cant quite work out whats wrong with it? can you explain the rusty bit?

I saw a bit if paint lifted up as i thought, so i pealed it back to see a crack in the tubing. See the line in the rusty bit, that's the split/crack

Anyone want it to repair for £67.00............boy how the tables can turn sometimes ! :roll: ...........will see if buyer will give refund if not.

I dare say repairable with a new BB shell, but the bill for repair and repaint may well exceed its max value.
If its a frame youre not that fussed about keeping, I would send it back, the seller cant argue with an obvious aged fault like that.
