Assos kit repairs

Anyone ever sent kit to assos for repair? Reading this page here > http://www.assos.com/en/72/warranty---r ... olicy.aspx sounds like they might do it FOC. Have a couple of pairs of shorts which have come unstiched which I was going to bin. Actually think it might be an issue with the shorts since I have two further identical pairs which have been worn far more which are still bob on.

Indeed. Will probably send it to Assos regardless. Just wondered if anyone had actually had any luck personally...

In theory they can charge you for the labour. Never heard of it happening though.

Quick plug for Assos.

Both pairs of faulty shorts returned with brand new chamois in each. Back in quick time too, would've been quicker if I hadn't had them sent to my former (and now closed) place of work
