Not a clue, but I love the paint job!
This frame obviously bridges the gap between elevated chainstay (hardtail) and rear suspension.
It looks to be about a 19" frame, which is too tall for me, but I'll ask the seller.
Image added here for posterity, so that future generations may drool over this eye-candy long after the auction is over.
