Are we popular enough to have make specific forums?

Popular or not, as retro bikers we are niche enough as it is, splitting it down further will only damage our collectives community.

I very rarely see anything from the road or BMX sections as it isnt my prime interest, that isnt to say i havnt stumbled accross some amazing posts from those forums when using the "view new posts" option.

Splitting down will in my view just lead to XX number of people only ever visiting the pace forum. XX people looking at the Yeti forum and one person looking at the trimble forum. Killing the cross brand allegiance chit chat and banter that is currently exhibited on this forum.

Only one eeny weeny change would maybe be a 'for sale' section split, sometimes moves too fast, with mega listings and bumps. Maybe drive train/contact points/bling/modern etc.

Agreed, posts get dropped off the page during hyperactivity.. Something like..?

I guess if you have a big list of gear to sell, there could be a Bulk Sale thread too?
