I'll have a look at the wheel tonight, it's the 1993 one ? curved brake brake surface ?

the hub was first manufactured in 1994, so i dont see it as unlikely that the rim could be from 1993

I meant to type 1992 rim. (curved brake surface, ~ 395g weight)
In 1993, the RM-395 Team changed design and got heavier ( ~410g) and flat braking surface and renamed the RM-395 Team XC (i.e the XC added).



EDIT to correct date of change I'll get there in the end.
