Anyone remember Kamikazi frames? circa 1994? elevated..

Just found and old slide of me racing at Heaton Park, Manchester circa 1994 and I'm riding a Kamikazi elevated chainstay frame (draped in LOTS of purple Ringle, American Classic, Cook Brothers etc..). I've given the slide to a friend to get it scanned so I can post it up on here.

I had completely forgotten about having this frame, jogging the memory it was custom built by a dragster chassis maker someone down south, anyone remember them??

I'm now thinking its earlier than 1994, more like 1992.

It was VERY light, too light in fact as it kept snapping. It was built in true 1990's weight weinies style too.. purple American Classic hubs and MA40 rims shod with Ritchey Z Max WCS 1.7 and latex tubes, Action Tec ti bottom bracket and Cook Brothers cranks, not sure on make of the purple chainrings. DiaCompe catilevers and levers, XT gears including thumbies mounted under the bars.. Ringle purple bottle cage too.. and I believe thats a Mavic headset! First gen RC35 forks.

X Lite bar ends?

Shimano M100 shoes?

XT SPD pedals (what year did they come out? 1990?), first gen crud catcher. I'm wearing a North Lancs Road Club jersey which is what make me think its 1992 as from 1993 I was riding for Tunstall Wheelers..
