Anyone put their xmas decs up yet??

Just wondered as I drove past the local council estate today and about a third of the houses are all lit up already :xmas-big-grin:

Sorry to say but the nicer end of lowetsoft where i live dont put them up til 2 weeks before as any sooner is JUST BLOODY WRONG WRONG WRONG WRONG WRONG WRONG ARRRHHHHHHHHHHHHGHGHGHGHHGHHHHHHH WRONG

I like the week off but hate the run up to it...all the commercial boll***s
I mostly hate tinsel and glitter though........it does not matter how well you put the paraphernalia away after christmas there will always be sparkly bits turning up in june or july :x does my head in that does
