Anyone know what hub adapter I need on a Mavic Crossride

I need to find the correct adapters to use this hub on a standard qr fork (so either qr or 9mm thru adapter) but the ones I was sent do not make this work. Looking on the Mavic site hasn't garnered any results. The hubs are CrossRide centrelock disc but I do not know what year they are from.
I do have a couple of hub adapters from other hubs but the disc side on these hubs is slightly smaller in the diameter of the opening so I cant see if these adapters fit without taking some material off the adapter.

I have these two front hub adapters but I would have to reduce the size of one side to fit in the disc side to even see if they would work and even then I dont know if the disc will be in the right place if I do that.
