Anyone had any luck rebuilding a Shimano st-m060 rapide fire

I was putting new gear cables on my Raleigh Summit, I could not get the cable onto the hole I look into the shifter to see the cable nipple holder was not in the correct position a friend said he could fix it but it was a little bit more of a handful for him, I do all my own servicing but didn't fancy taking a shifter apart ( my worries were founded when he fetched the shifter back I a bag in bits). I've recently bought a new set of shifters for the bike,but I would like to try and get the shifter back up and running does anyone have a blow up service diagram or a link to a rebuild .

Thanx I've got most of it together but not sure where two of the springs go I'll take a look I will post a photo of how far I've got

your article on how you put your shifter back together is very good and helpful but I've got some different parts but I have to stop at the moment cos I'm working on the garden and putting up a new shed so the shifter will have too but your help is appreciated and hopefully finish it soon
