anyone got a pdf of the RST XMO fork service manual?

They're pretty easy to take apart. There's simply an Englund air cartridge in either leg. However, whatever you do...NOTE DOWN the exact order and angle the parts came out!! ( facing sideways/forwards/etc ) and have a notebook to hand to write the info down or you'll never get the bits back in there. Lovely forks to service when you get used to them.

What do you need to know James. If you want to know what pressure to use in them then use 1 psi per lb of your weight. Other than that they are very easy forks to service as agency says. I'd say don't strip down the englunds too often if at all, the rest is a case of a bit of grease occasionally.

yeah here you go
