Any plumbers amongst us?

Get Dremel on the bolt chop some off thread then get socket on it.
Using a screwdriver isn't a option on the tiny little bit of slot that is at each side of the nut you'd probably have to knock it round with a hammer maybe bending or breaking something in the process.
Can't really tell how tight it is in there from pic but you could chop a old 10mm spanner down to get in the gap and just nip it up best you can?
Or you could just undo clips on underside of sink/workshop, lift sink out tighten nut up cutting some thread off bolt at same time for ease next time it may happen.
The bolt isn't fixed in to the tap though it's a stud and that bit may have come loose. Not that it makes a difference just wasn't sure if you knew or not?

I have a tap problem
Bristan kitchen mono, new, levers open the valves the opposite way, ie one pulls and one puches to open. Supplier claims that Bristan clain theres nothing wrong with it. Clearly it needs a valve that opens the other way. Im getting nowhere discussing this, where can I et the required spare part from ?

(I shall be claiming refund via credit card and am more than willing to prove my point in county court should it become necessary, thats how much I hate being dicked about and fobbed off)

Lots of taps work like that, it's a bugger and annoying. But not a fault if that is how they are designed.

Who's the supplier.
Screwfix, plum centre, vicky plumb etc all sell them and should have parts (platinum sellers so I assume they can get parts)
But Google shows many others if you know which type you need.
