Any ideas...? Wishbone rear stay frame...

Impulse Ebay purchase, no alcohol involved. Sellers pics as it's not here yet. Have ruled out Orange, Schwinn, Rock Lobster and VooDoo due to various things, like placement of cable guides, rear facing post clamp, etc. Surely something like the rack mounts under the seat stays would help in ID'ing it though to those with more knowledge? Oh, and seller stated seatpost size was 28.6...? Isn't that a typical Orange thing?

An un-researched quick guess would be a Koga, It looks very well made.

I don't think they're rack mounts, more likely for a direct-mounted lock IMO. A very European thing. Ties in with the Koga suggestion.

Direct mounted locks do my head in, walking down the inner city it's thousands and thousands of overbuilt alu frames with mounted locks and nexus hubs

Hmm, and although I'm grateful for the suggestion, I'm struggling to find a wishbone stay Koga, and the cable guides aren't the same...

It looks like something from a small manufacturer to me, like Cotic. With those oversized steel frame tubes and the wishbone stay.

I was going to suggest an Orange P7, but when they looked similar to that (early 00s) it would have had a disk mount. Plus don't think the dropouts are right.
