Any Hope experts passing ? Ti-glide hub question

Hopefully a quick answer for those in the know.

I have a mid 90s Hope ti front hub, but with a screw on disk fitting.

What kind of disk do I need for these or is there an adapter to convert it to the normal 6 bolt set up you see on modern hubs.
