They're not bad at all. Most of the stock seems to be grey market or ex-OEM stuff, and reports of their customer service are a bit varied, but the problems I've had have been minor, and the prices are often more than enough to make up for it. They used to run an operation called Streak-X in the Paris suburbs, but moved the company to Luxembourg a few years ago. Best bargain I've had from them was an XT/Rhyno Lite 40h tandem wheel for €10 !
OB:retro - they were flogging XT 730 cranksets complete with rings for €30 a pop a few years back. I should've bought five.
