I bought and paid for a laptop on ebay on xmas day.
I wanted the laptop delivered before nye as I needed it to run some software at a gig.
I paid straight away by following the usual paypal link from ebay, but they gave the seller an address I haven't used for 6 years!
It's still in my paypal account, as only they can delete it, but it hasn't been used since I moved.
My current address is my confirmed one so didn't ever see that having an old address in the system would be an issue.
Now my laptop is sat in a post office in London and I have to wait for them to return to sender and hope that the seller will re-post it (at my cost).
Paypal are being completely un-helpful and have refused any possibility of refunding me the postage costs.
Tossers!
