Another bike identification thread - Raleigh?

Stumbled across this site trying to identify a bike frame. I suspect its a Raleigh competition or team frame from around 1980s but what's real confusing is that its got cable mounts on the top and zeus 2000 forks so maybe they have been added/swapped. I suspect the additional mount under the top tube was for a race number. Would live to know something more about it.

Would have a frame number under the BB if it were a Raleigh. Any sign?

How wide is the bottom bracket shell? 68 or 70mm
