Yeah, 21" c to t from memory. The head tube is exactly the same size as the 92 19".

Measured, and it is indeed an XL 21", (wasn't doubting you) never noticed all the way through the build-up, not come across another XL..I wonder what size the other Clockwork with Kevin is
