Did my first Thursday night Run in about a month, felt fine other than my shredded knee playing up - very sore at the bottom of the kneecap on the very minor hills, might need to wait a bit longer before a GT run

this was WON old stylee, actually asked the wife to bid for me and I was so excited it awoke me from my nightshift slumber to come down and see the last few seconds I fear I may be bummin this one up a bit too much though I wonder if anyone can find it?
