And today I did......

I love the Hospital Foam Green Jamie. Wish my cross check was that colour every time I see one. Don't know if you remember Jasons Kwakker green pugs? It looked really nice, and Kawasaki green is a bit different from the standard green the pugsley is just now. The main reason I wouldn't suggest green to you is cos of your 1x1, but if you were happy to have 2 green bikes Kawasaki green would be nice. Get the rims done purple so it's like the ZX7RR was for a time!

Clubby, is the fat front end an offset fork and wheel?
Jones looks good. Hope it's not displacing the birthday present?

I'm just back from a wee blast on the El-Mar. After trudging through the mud and hearing my expensive drivetrain eat itself I can't wait to have a SS again! It's only been a week as well.

The green looks a bit washed out in the pics. Jase said it was a nightmare to try and capture, but it did look good in the flesh!

Re:

I'm with you there Rob. Out for a couple of hours this morning as well, cold, wet and windy. A shower, some left over pizza and into my finest lounge wear for a lazy afternoon.

Re:

I quite fancied going to town on the Pug. Fluro yellow with red ano and purple accents! (Un)fortunately I haven't got round to it yet.

Front end is a symmetrical moonie fork.

Jones has taken over recently, for the same reason you mentioned. The though of running a three figure cassette in these condition turns my stomach

Holy shit!

My drivetrain just became relatively cheap!

A pic from todays ride.

btw, running a Dirt Wizard on the front now too. Pretty decent tyre and adds a little bit extra cush. They say they need a 35mm rim width minimum though HM, so don't know if that would work for you.

I did look at the Kawa green like Jasons but to be honest I like my 1X1 and after years of everything back home being kawa green from road bikes to my racing stuff, I am happy to do something else.
I really like that Salsa of yours FFTC, and dirt wizards are great tyres.

Re:

A couple of old pics for reference, these were a long time ago in a galaxy far away.
Dirt Track, MX and Enduro style. Just a couple that were handy on the computer, pic of pics so excuse the quality.

What size Hans Dampf is that Barry? Got a Werwolf on the rear at the moment, rolls great but not much grip in mud.
